Digital Torque Checker ADT-C Series

Torque testers for electric screwdrivers and torque wrenches.

It can primarily be used as a torque tester for electric screwdrivers. Of course, it can also be used to check manual torque wrenches. The cross bits currently in use can be utilized with the included attachment. There are a variety of models available, allowing you to select the appropriate measurement range according to the measured torque, ranging from 1 N·cm (0.1 kgf·cm) to 20 N·m (200 kgf·cm) across a total of eight models. The measured torque values comply with the torque data of the torque analyzer (torque analysis system). We have added a digit switching function for three-digit/four-digit displays, which was highly requested by our customers. The following functions are equipped as standard: (digital output (printer output), RS-232C output, comparator output, analog output).

[Test, Experiment, Analysis System] Non-Rotating Torque Inspection Device

Data collection from the inspection target (8CH DCV) is possible! The work efficiency of the inspectors has improved.

The "Non-Rotating Torque Testing Device" is a system that allows for arbitrary adjustments of the testing environment using a constant temperature and humidity chamber. The applied torque can be selected manually or automatically, enabling stable torque testing through a non-rotating torque generation unit and a non-rotating torque converter. It has been introduced due to the need for "stable torque application in a non-rotating manner to improve testing accuracy" and "the ability to arbitrarily adjust the installation environment of the test subject to enhance testing efficiency." 【Effects of Introduction】 ■ Improvement in Work Efficiency - Stable torque application has become possible, improving testing efficiency. - The adoption of a small-capacity constant temperature and humidity chamber has shortened the stabilization time of the testing environment. ■ Improvement in Data Collection - The collection of testing data has been automated, enhancing the work efficiency of inspectors. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
